Today we begin our event with a behind-the-scenes tour of the newly renovated and expanded Powell Hall. We will experience first-hand the Jack C. Taylor Music Center. From the expanded back stage to the grand lobby, this tour offers us insights into the history of the building and a peek into how an orchestra operates.

Next, we are off to lunch at the Kingside Diner. Our plated menu offers a choice of: Roast Beef & Cheese or Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, Fries, Beverage and Ice Cream for Dessert.

Last, but certainly not least, we will tour the World Chess Hall of Fame and Galleries. Founded in 1984, it features chess exhibits, engages in education outreach and maintains a list of inductees to the US Chess Hall of Fame and World Class Hall of Fame. Yes, there is a gift shop. We will learn about one of the world's oldest and best -loved games through vibrant exhibitions and creative programming. This has become a global hub as
