Day Trips:  A confirmation will be sent to you confirming pickup location & time 7-10 days prior to event date.

Overnight Trips: A deposit is required upon reservation. Two-three weeks prior to departure date, you will be sent any necessary travel documents with more specific details. This will outline schedules, meals & details needed for packing.

Cancellation Refunds:  To qualify for a full refund on day trips: Cancellation must be made by the reservation deadline date unless another traveler can be substituted. Medical trip cancellation insurance is not included but is highly recommended for extended trips. Call for an application.

** There may be times where substitutions must be made or supplement added due to circumstances beyond our control.

​

Traveler Mobility & Expectations: Travelers must be in good physical & mental health. If you have mobility issues, please be accompanied by a companion that is able to assist you.
